Carrier & Delivery Area
We ship all orders with UPS. At the moment, shipping is only available within Germany.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be handed over to UPS on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery in real time.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are covered by us. Please contact us to receive a prepaid UPS return label before sending back your order.
