Orders placed before 12:00 PM are handed over to UPS on the same day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email.

- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS return label.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
